Who is ChildQix for?
ChildQix is built for childcare centres, nurseries and preschools. Owners and managers run the centre, educators record the day, and linked parents see updates for their children.
How do we get started?
Request a demo and tell us about your centre. We will discuss your needs and arrange a walkthrough. When you are ready to proceed, the ChildQix team helps set up your business and primary owner account.
Do all parents need to create an account?
No. A billing contact can be added without a login. Parents who want to view published reports and use the family portal need an account linked to their child.
Can families see unfinished daily reports?
No. Working care records stay with your team. Parents see published daily reports for children they are currently linked to.
Can we use different fee schedules?
Yes. Fee structures support weekly, fortnightly, monthly and one-time schedules, along with configured days of the week. We can walk through your specific billing arrangements during a demo.
Will staff and parents see the same information?
No. Access depends on a person’s role, membership and child or classroom assignments. Each business has its own workspace and separate database.
Can we use ChildQix outside one particular country?
We welcome enquiries from centres worldwide. Tell us your country so we can confirm suitability, including currency, payments and local requirements, before you commit.
Is there a self-service free trial?
