Delete your ChildQix account

Submit a verified request to Smartqix LLC without reinstalling the app. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is complete.

Your central account, credentials and access across all centres will be deleted. Staff review your associated content and remove what is no longer needed. Legally required childcare, financial or security records may remain; the completion notice explains the reason and retention period. Backup copies expire under the applicable backup cycle.

Owners can submit a request now. Our team will coordinate an authorised ownership transfer or business closure. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a centre subscription.

Forgot your password? Password verification also works when your centre has disabled access.

This submits a request; it is not immediate erasure. You can cancel from this page while signed in, or in the app, before review starts. If you cannot verify your account or need help during review, contact support@childqix.com. Do not email your password.
